Quorn – A Nutritional Guide

The Quorn Guide. We’ve all seen Mo-Farah grabbing a plate of this low-fat tasty vegetarian food (Quorn) but… Just a tiny little bit of this poisonous substance and I’m hunched over the toilet bowl and heaving all night. How? And.. why is it still on the market? Well… Only 10% of the population is actually allergic […] Read more…

OOTD Gym Shark Flex Leggings

Ok-Ok. It’s less an outfit of the day and more a ‘OMG Gym shark are re-launching their Flex leggings!’ kind of post. I don’t often do fitness related posts, as gym wear is a personal thing I tend to think people want the brands that they want. Which is why this post should go down […] Read more…

What's at the vegan festival? There was plenty to choose from, pies, pastries, tarts, quiches, rice dishes, salads, curries and that’s just the savouries! Bearing in mind that vegan food is not just for vegans – it’s for anyone who wants to be cruelty-free and animal-friendly! Not to mention it tastes spectacular to encourage others to eat more vegan-friendly. I knew I was in for a great day.

The West Midlands Vegan Festival 2017

There are only a few things I love more that food in the world and most of them are people so this is a huge deal for me.  My first vegan festival! I’ve been planning this trip for months. Stalking their facebook events page and waiting in hope that someone I know is going too […] Read more…

I love a big bowl of rice pudding, bananas and custard or a heaping pile of mac and cheese. The issue is I had to quit it all cheesy, milky […] Read more…

Juicy Fuel Cola Review – All Natural

They’re fruity and natural! I mean, what more can you want? If you’re looking for a sugary health drink… As someone who is fairly relaxed with their healthy diet I do enjoy having the odd fizzy drink or sweet snack. Typically, I eat whole foods 5-7 days a week and have 2 days where, if […] Read more…

Gin taste test with 31 Dover. You remember these guys, right? They have sent over some Twisted nose gin! They’re the ones who sent over a bottle of bubbly for my 5k follower giveaway last month. Santorini hell – My experience

I’ve had this piece shuffled away for such a long time, 3 months in fact. Three months where I should’ve been doing something, speaking out. So many of us come and go on these subjects and I’m not going to be one of those people anymore. If you see something, say something. I visited Santorini […] Read more…
