My Diet and health Start:

So, i know i’m one of those on-off excersizers.
I wanted to share with you my journey so far ( its now 5 months in, i’ll update it weekly.)
December 28th: No excersize weekly,I drank alot i ate alot and i complained alot, everything depressed me and my weight was just constantly on my mind, so 2010 was ending and i wanted to try and stick to my new years resolution…
so i decided to buy a diary and write in it and keep a fitness record, my goal was to lose 10lbs by new year 2011-12. I wrote down daily my food intake and my weight per day, i got to a point where i was weighing myself 3 times a day.. until about the 3rd week i was doing fine, then i would weigh myself only after 2 hours after i’ve drank something, and i’d eat under 100 calories a day.

Measurements December 2010:

Height: 5″3  Age: 18  Eating: around 2500 calories a day. Drinking: 4 units a week and maybe half a pint of water a day.
Weight: 158lbs. (11st 4)
Bust:41″
Waist:34.5
Tummy:39″
R-Arm: 12.2″

Thighs:39.5″
R-Thigh:25.4″

January 7th Friday:
After having flu or what seemed like it, I lost 3lbs in 2 days. On the friday ( the 7th) i was down to 10st 8 and my fuilds were right down.I was eating around.. 1600 calories a day, and 4 pints of water.
 January 14th Fridau:

Height: 5″3  Age: 19  Eating: around 1300 calories a day. Drinking: 4-5 pints of water a day.

Weight: 144lbs. (10.4)

Waist:32.5″

R-Arm: 12″

 January 20th Thursday:

Height: 5″3  Age: 19  Eating: around 1500 calories a day. Drinking: 4-5 pints of water a day.

Weight: 144lbs. (10.4)

R-Thigh:25.2″

 January 28th Thursday:
This must’ve been a bad week, I put on a lb and added inches all over the place? muscle maybe? I don’t know.. However I remember getting very weight obsessed around this time.

Weight: 145lbs. (10.5)

There was alot of ups and downs and alot of stress but that’s not bad weight loss, however it may have just been water weight, the first month is always the hardest.
