6 months on..  my weight transformation on you tube.
I’ve been working out now for 6 months, it was supposed to be a 90 day transformation, i transformed..but it took longer, it took 4 months.I finally learned how to tighten my core, how to push myself past my boundaries. 
I have really changed my life, my eating habits and my overall outlook on life.I have only a few hours to work out a week, i have to use that time or i don’t get to workout. It has made me more organised,
more focused and more determined to stay in shape. I have achieved my goal, i don’t need to push harder, but i always will.. strive to achieve more,  or you’ll never sustain.
I used to stop when the guys on the dvd’s stop, now i stop when i can’t do any more.
