*This diet is just saying “don’t eat non-man made food”, yes there are purists out there who won’t have even olive oil (even though it’s essentially pure) and they won’t have corn because of the high sugar contents, but that’s their choice.
It essentially cleans your body from any fats, sugars and toxins. Since you’re cutting out processed foods and sugars and are introducing more veggies and proteins, your body is burning off the protein fats and your bodies fats, which aiding muscle recovery and supplementing your body with natural vitamins and endorphins.
As you’re eating fibrous and protein-rich natural foods it’s hard to over-eat,But a girl can try, so, that means you’ll have more energy throughout your day and you’ll be consuming less fat.
Did you know most athletes and models are on a paleo diet, since they want physically fit bodies they need protein to burn fat and build muscle this means a healthy diet which for most people means reducing calories.

Paleo can also be changed in several ways, you have purists that don’t eat grains, corn, high GI foods (inc potatoes and beans) and really stick to eating and cooking naturally, no ice creams or pancakes, no matter what they’re made from. The purists I’d call cavemen, they eat purely and barely cook their food, like cavemen.

The modern-Paleo’s, I’m calling them this because they use modern technology to combine all of the natural ingredients and use new processes (not traditional to the diet) to create healthy alternatives to food groups, such as paleo pancakes** and cakes. The modern paleo’s tend to do it part-time too. Any change is a good change.
Why go paleo?
By cutting carbs in similar diets you cut out many of the filling food groups which makes you hungry and crave more food throughout the day, it can either put you into hunger mode, make your hormones go crazy and..well, it’s hard to do! We all have potatoes, pasta, and carb fueled diets. Low carb sucks…usually, but when you replace it with new-style cooking, introducing new ways of cooking vegetables you’ll be a new person.

Fat is a necessary evil, our brains and bodies need fat to survive, if we don’t have enough then our body goes into overdrive and it makes us want fats and sugars (normally the only thing to hand is processed junk food) So they’re out of the window.
Paleo allows for Carbs in the forms of White rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and ‘healthy bread’ (Made with organic flours, coconut and almond flour)7 months on from starting the Paleo diet: It’s easy, tasty and it makes you feel better, No other ‘diet’ has made me feel like this. I have more energy, I love the flavours of my food and I love that everyone’s jealous of ‘how well I eat’. It has made me able to cut out exercise completely, because..I don’t need to.
