Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Using a blender or hand mixer mash your bananas so they're lump free (this is key to making smooth and fluffy pancakes).
  2. Add your other ingredients, leaving out your egg and blend them in until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add your egg and mix by hand until combined, never over-work your eggs. Your mixture should be between pancake mix and cake mix, thick!
  4. Pour small amounts of your mix into your pan and spread out in a circular motion on the pan, this way they'll cook evenly!
  5. Flip after 2 minutes or until they look cooked.

Feel free to go with the classic, I've added the extras to make them tastier and it means more nutrient varieties!
