Instructions
  1. Steam your sweet potato, skin on, in the microwave. It should take 3 minutes. Meanwhile, you can measure your ingredients and add all of your dry ingredients in one bowl and blend.
  2. Peel your sweet potato once steamed, it should be super easy, mash with a fork until smooth. Again, the water in the potato should make it super creamy.
  3. Add your potato to the centre of your dry ingredients, pouring the water in the centre of the bowl and combine.
