  1. Using a hand blender, I use a Kenwood hand blender. Pulse all of the ingredients in a small container until fairly smooth. You will have a fair amount of bits, as this is the pulp that won’t blend.
  2. Heat up a medium frying pan and spray with earth balance or any other non-stick spray.
  3. Using 1/3 of the of the mixture pour into your warmed pan.They’re just like standard pancakes but I have found they take a few seconds longer than you think (they will change colour but give it another 10 seconds) they’ll also slip around once they’ve cooked through.
