Instructions
  1. Rinse out your lentils, I used red lentils as I'm convinced they have a different flavour. It took 3 rinses and a soak for 3 mins.
  2. Then use 3/4 a pint of water and brought it to the boil.
  3. Once it boils simmer it with a lid for 10  mins, meanwhile you can prep your onion and tomatoes and add them in.
  4. Total cooking time should be 15-20 mins until soft. Blend, Done.
