The meal: 820 calories
2 portion of egg noodles
2 small chicken breasts
4 florets of broccoli
a small portion of sliced green beans
a small portion of sliced mixed peppers.
2 table spoon of peas
2 table spoon of sweetcorn
half a shredded carrott
half a red onion.

spices: 64 calories
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp soy sauce
1tsp tomato puree
1tsp chilli flakes
1 clove of garlic

Recipe guide:
1 pot for the boiled noodles, place in boiled water 5 minutes before it being fully cooked.
1 chicken breast sliced finely and stirfried for 5 minutes then add the broccoli and green beans with 100ml of water so they steam in the pan.
add in the smaller ingredients and cook them for atleast 5 minutes, then add the spices and the noodles and toss lightly.

Serves 2: 442 calories each.
