The jogging Journey Week 2

As of 18th of April, I started to record my pre-jog attitude and after workout feelings. I’m trying to persuade people that jogging can be easy and pleasant if you keep up with it and motivate yourself.I will be recording from Sunday morning through to Saturday and upload that weeks video for the next Sunday.
In each video, I will be honest about how I’m feeling, how long it took, the conditions and motivations I have to run and try to motivate you to do the same.

Starting from the 25/04/2015 
my motivations to jog this week honestly are mostly for the half marathon training in October, but then I also want to push myself to be better at a new sport, so it’s also a good challenge for me to continue with my running.

From this week, commencing the 25/04/2015 Saturday.
I managed to complete a total of 17.36 over this week.

8.36 miles on Sunday Afternoon  (834 calories)
— recovery day on the Monday (calories)
— Strength training and doing some cardio work (290 calories)
3.8 miles on the Wednesday after work (420 calories)
–Strength training and doing some cardio work ( 320 calories)
5.2 miles on the Friday afternoon and then strength training (590 calories)

From the previous week, commencing the 18/04/2015 Saturday.
I managed to complete a total of 17.2 miles over this week.

So, from the week commencing the 12/04/2015 (Saturday)
I managed to complete a total of 12.6 miles over the week.
