What diet plan are you?

As with anything, finding what’s best for you is the best way to achieving your goals.
To find out what your personal plan can be you have two options:
Take our test and receive a personalised dietary plan and tips for your own weight loss.
Or You can browse the diet plans and choose for yourself. ( it’s normally part of the 5 days to weight loss programme. Which is a full 30-day plan that re-sets every 5 days, to keep your body on edge and not complacent!)

But… as you know from this blog I want everyone to have access to weight loss and the knowledge that comes with it, I really think it should be free! So I’ve set up the test..So if you’re willing to give up some personal preferences on your eating habits then I can sort out a dietary plan for you. It takes 24 hours to get your information back as everything is personal to you and I’m just one woman after all..
