I can completely agree with this choice, feixy goes into depth about health and fitness in a light and breezey way that motivates and empassions even beginnger to want to pick up their fitness regime!

Yoga and Crossfit?- Barbell and meI loved this post as it was so relaxed and casual, She dives into why she wants to start yoga and how easy it is to find youtube videos for any level or ability, but still has the passion for crossfit! (don’t we all..eh?)
