Instructions
  1. To a large container, preferably one with a lid.
  2. Add your chia seeds, milk (of preference) and vanilla essence, leave to sit for five hours or over-night!
  3. For my fruit bowl, I added some homemade blackberry jam to the bottom of the jar then poured in my thick chia pudding and topped with sliced banana, cranberries and a shake of raspberry powder!
