Giveaway – VEGAN protein powder from Natures Plus

Who doesn’t love a giveaway? – I tell you, my readers certainly do! It’s been a few months since I’ve hosted a giveaway and I’m beginning to wonder if you’re using me for my goodies, you naughty lot!

Now, I know that most of you are into your healthy food rather than your workouts but for the small portion of my readers that do enjoy working out regularly. This one is for you.     I’d use this in smoothies and also use it to make a protein shake with a non-dairy milk

    I add it to smoothies or soup – or if it’s protein that is not in pwder form I love nuts

    OMG!! How exciting- I’ve never used sunflower protein before. I had pumpkin which was quite nice.
